A driveway easement agreement is a contract between a property owner and third party that allows the latter to use the former's driveway for a specific purpose. The person to whom the parties of this agreement grant the easement does not have a full right to the property. Instead, the right of ownership still belongs to the driveway owner.

The property is given to the easement holder for use only for a certain period, which is described in the contract. An example of a driveway easement is allowing another neighbor or a guest to use the parking lot.
